Dr. Mohd. Azaz Khan
Dr. Mohd. Azaz Khan is Executive Director of Pharmaceutical Labs. He has extensive hands-on experience in study and facilities management. He is knowledgeable in areas of Pharmaceuticals as well as marketing, finance, accounting and personnel management. Dr. Mohd. Azaz Khan has attended numerous continuing education courses in the areas of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He carries more than 20 years of profound industrial and research experience working with several Pharmaceutical R&Ds, including Arbro Pharmaceuticals labs, Delhi. His area of interests are “Targeted drug delivery system; Ligand anchored drug targeting; Nanotechnology; Bioavailability improvement; Liposomal drug delivery system; Sustain release dosage form. He is working on targeted drug delivery system for various life-threatening disease, i.e., cancer, visceral leishmaniasis, diabetes, etc.” Formulation development of poorly water-soluble drugs using novel technologies for enhancement of efficacy. Transform of numerous Micro-, Nano-technologies based formulation including Microfluidics, bead milling techniques, Multifunctional Targeted Drug Delivery systems, Polymeric micelles, Liposomes, Nanoparticles, Dendrimers, carbon nanotubes, Quantum dots, Drug-polymer conjugates.
Dr. Papiya Bigoniya
Dr. Papiya currently, completed research project on cancer invasion at the University of Westminster, She has PhD in Pharmacology with post-graduate diploma in Pharmaceutical management and public health. With an excellent educational background in Pharmaceutical sciences she possess a great diversity of professional experience encompassing academic and research work with equal emphasis on administrative responsibilities. She have published 122 peer reviewed research and review articles, book chapters, popular magazine articles thesis, synopsis, e-content and published a text book entitled “Drug Regulatory Affairs” (ISBN: 9789388902960), available on Amazon and Flipkart. She has extensive experience writing and reviewing non-clinical and clinical dossiers (general pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and toxicology), PSUR, PDE and preclinical toxicological study reports. She is also serving the international scientific community by extending her expertise as an Editorial Board member, reviewer, and referee in number of journals and serving as life member of renowned societies in pharmaceutical field.

Mrs. Eram Naaz
Mrs. Eram Naaz is the Joint Managing Director for Product Safety Lab. She has many years of experience in working with laboratorie. Mrs. Eram Naaz assists clients with any questions or concerns they may have during the duration of the study. This vast experience has been in the clients handling can provide comprehensive guidance to development programs. With excellent academic credentials and a proficient management skill set through centers of excellence of global reputation, Mrs. Eram Naaz has emerged as a thought leader in the areas of Healthcare.
Dr. Megha Jha
She has extensive hands-on experience in study and facilities management. She is knowledgeable in areas of toxicology and pharmacology as well as personnel management. Prior to ZES Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. Dr. Megha has spent 7 yrs as Sr. Manager, R&D of Pinnacle Biomedical Research Laboratory, a Pre-clinical drug discovery organization situated in Bhopal. She has a formidable year of hands-on-experience in successfully running and managing start-up companies. Megha has attended numerous continuing education courses in the areas of Animal science, Pharmacology, Toxicology and Biotechnology. She is IAEC Member and Scientist, CCSEA and PI in interpretation of short-term toxicology studies and is personally engaged in many animal welfare-oriented initiatives focused on reducing the number of animals used in toxicology testing. As Principal Investigator, Dr. Megha was responsible for the overall technical conduct of numerous studies as well as the interpretation, documentation, and reporting of results. She is a life time member of the (OWSD) Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World. With her extensive background and proven track record of success, she plays a vital role in driving technical operations to new heights. Her leadership and strategic vision are instrumental in optimizing our technical infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our services. Her expertise in in vitro and in vivo techniques, coupled with exceptional people and client management skills, makes her a valuable addition to our team.
