Cancellation & Refund

Any attempt by the buyer to revoke or reject acceptance of the goods or service after it has been delivered will be deemed void unless the seller agrees in writing. The buyer must make this decision within five (5) days of the product or service being delivered. Failure to file a claim within that time frame will serve as unmistakable proof that the goods and services were delivered in compliance with the required specifications and were satisfactory in every way. Only with the seller’s consent and strictly adhering to the seller’s return shipment guidelines may a return be made for credit.
It might not be possible to return some products for a refund. Custom goods or special orders, as well as goods without labels, parts, or instruction manuals still in their original packaging, are examples of these products. A 20% processing fee can apply to any returned goods.
